We are in the process of migrating our physical infrastructure to Amazon Cloud (AWS). This move will make our network faster, more reliable and more secure with practically no downtime. The process will not happen overnight as it will take time to migrate our physical servers to the cloud.

Once you visit our web site (https://www.dotnt.com) and log into the Client Area you will immediately see upgraded changes to our web site and the Client Area. When you log into the new client aera, you will have to reset your password using the “Forgot Password?” link on the Client Area login page.

Account payment or credit card information was not migrated from the old system. If you are accustomed to paying for your services with a credit card, we encourage you to consider PayPal for an additional level of security.  Any PayPal or Credit Card information will have to be reentered into the Client Area.

At the beginning of the year Microsoft made changes to their Exchange Mailbox and Office 365 Application licenses. With the license changes came increased prices. We have been absorbing these price increases since January 2024. The next billing cycle for October 2024 will reflect small price increases for Exchange Mailboxes and Office 365 Application licenses.
